PILATES
Pilates is a unique method of body control and
conditioning - stretching and strengthening
muscles, while improving posture, flexibility and
balance. A great way to get stronger from 'inside
out'.
LIGHT'N'EASY
This class is especially for those who would like
to exercise gently and have some fun. The
moves will help you improve your stamina, health
and well-being, as well as tone your body and
make you stronger.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you would like to work individually or with a
small group of friends Personal Training could be
for you.
Together we can look at ways to adjust your
exercise, lifestyle and diet to achieve your own
goals.
